HKC engineers have implemented upgrades and fixes on the SecureComm platform, and we are finalising testing before releasing these changes. These changes will be deployed on Thursday morning, July 25th. This is a significant system upgrade which will fix the SecureComm2 app connectivity issues and is the first step in the expansion and enhancement of the SecureComm platform. During this system upgrade, there may be some downtime on the SecureComm platform, but we intend to keep this to a minimum.
