Following the Government Be Ready call, if we lose power or internet, we will have no phones or email. If you have power, as there is nothing we can do if you don’t, please call 0844 80 999 80, and leave your contact details and details of your fault, as they have resilience built in, two electric supplies and multiple phone lines.
They will send a text to the engineer on call. (In these changed circumstances we will have two contacts available) one of whom will hopefully have power and be able to help out. We do hope however that no such problems occur.
