Our Comprehensive Maintenance Cover
Comprehensive maintenance cover includes:
- A 33 point check on an annual preventative maintenance visit for your alarm which includes a full test of your alarm and it’s power supplies, as well as preventative measures to ensure trouble free operation of the system.*
- Access to our fully trained engineers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Should you need an engineer visit, we offer same day visit.
- All parts and labour for faulty equipment and fair wear and tear.
- Routine replacement of the panel battery at 5 years old
- A discounted call out charge should you need us for anything not included under your maintenance cover
*Systems that are monitored and have police response will receive two preventative maintenance visits a year, and a 46 point check, Signaling and Apps are offered at an additional charge
Comprehensive maintenance does not include:
- Repairs due to burglary, accidental or wilful damage.
- Problems due to environmental causes such as weather.
- User error
- Batteries and other consumables
- Requests to temporarily remove items from the alarm system for decorating or replacement doors and windows etc.
- Requests to default the system for another installer to do a complete take over of the system

Our Standard Maintenance Cover
Standard maintenance cover includes:
- A 33 points check on an annual preventative maintenance visit for your alarm which includes a full test of your alarm and it’s power supplies, as well as preventative measures to ensure trouble free operation of the system.
- Access to our fully trained engineers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Should you need an engineer visit, we offer priority appointments over our customers who do not have maintenance cover.
- A discounted call out charge should you need us for anything not included under your maintenance cover
Standard maintenance does not include:

NON MAINTAINED Systems, would receive a visit when and if requested when an engineer is available. There is no out of hours support available to non maintained systems, please call in office hours as your call will not be resolved out of hours, and you will be billed for the on call engineers time. Call out, hourly rates and parts if required are at a higher price than charged on maintained systems.
