COVID-19 Message

Our staff will be available on our on line Chat and to answer the phones between 9am and 15.00hrs Monday – Friday except bank holidays.

The office will be manned on a Friday between 9 and 3 for any one who wishes to continue with their annual maintenance insurance cover and can only pay by card. We would prefer  payment by bank transfer our bank details are on the renewal letter that comes out before renewal date. We do not wish at this time to take payment by cheque please.

Currently we are not booking maintenance visits we will call to book these in when the restrictions are lifted and it is safe to do so.

Any problems on maintained systems are being logged so we can prioritise these calls again when it is safe to do so. Any problems on systems that do not have current maintenance insurance cover we would ask you to call us when we do return to normal working.

Our main concern at the moment is the health and safety of our staff and their families and our clients and their families, we would not wish to spread this disease, we want everyone to stay safe.

Stay at home and do not mix with others, lets all help the NHS front line workers.
