We hope you are safe and stay well, currently we are taking a cautious approach to reopening, which we believe is the safest way forward, and we hope all our clients will understand and bear with us.As the government guidelines allow, as our staff can not work from home, we will return to work when it is safe to do so. The phones are being answered between 9 and 3 Monday to Friday, for any help our clients with extended support may need, but our offices remain closed to visitors.
We are currently making changes to our offices, after carrying out a risk assessment , to allow our staff to work safely, and to ensure the health and safety of our visitors. We need to ensure that health and safety is also upheld for our alarm engineers returning to work and entering peoples homes and work places. We have provided the essentials, masks, gloves, hand sanitiser and paper towels. We need our clients to adhere to physical distancing of at least 2 metres, preferably more, especially in corridors.
As our building is made Covid safe and the infection rate declines we will be returning to work. We will post updates on our web site.
